How do you use the information which I enter while registration or making an order?
Your information is used to send the ordered goods by post. We care about safety of your data. We store your information to recognize constant clients and to inform about our special offers. Registered clients don’t need to enter the data repeatedly for new orders.
Do you obtain data about my credit card?
No. Payments are made trough a world-wide recognized payment system with high level of security. We receive only the confirmation of your payment. FirstData provides payments via credit card. You can also pay via PayPal, Moneybookers and a bank transfer.
How safe is it to enter data about my credit card on your site?

Is it possible that you’ll deceive me?
No. Please be sure that you will get products which you ordered and kind service. How quickly do you dispatch the goods?
We send the goods on the next working day after confirmation of your payment. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, then the goods are sent on the next working day after we have received your payment on Cartridges.net Ltd bank account.
When will I receive my package?
We send the goods by post. You will receive the package in 4-7 days from the moment when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
Where will I receive my package?
You will get your parcel in one of two ways:
- You will collect it yourself from your Post Office.
- A postman will deliver it directly to your address.
The way of getting a parcel depends on how your local post works
Is it necessary to pay something at the reception of a package?
No. There will be no additional charges when you collect the package at the post office or from a postman. You have already paid for the goods and for the delivery while making the order.
What should I do, if I have not received the order yet?
If you did not receive the parcel in 7 days after dispatch of your order, please inform us by e-mail: info@cartridges.net. Our customer service will contact the post office immediately to find out the reason of the delay. Delays happen rarely. We guarantee the reception of all orders.

What is a defective cartridge?
The cartridge is considered defective in one of the following cases:
- the printer does not recognize the cartridge after several attempts to reinstall it.
- the cartridge does not print with required quality after several times of running the cartridge printing head cleaning procedure.
Please contact our customer service in case of any problems with a cartridge. We will guide you to resolve the printing problem or we will define that the cartridge is defective.
How often do you find defective cartridges?
On the average there is 1 defective cartridge from 1000 sold cartridges.
What should I do, if cartridge is defective?
If you detect that cartridge is defective, you need to inform us about it as soon as possible. The defective product should be sent to us by regular post. After evaluation from our specialist, we will either send you a new product or we will refund the money paid by you. Also we will compensate the postage fees for sending the defective product back to us.
Should I pay for sending the defective cartridge back to you?
No, we will compensate the postage fees for sending the defective product back to us.
What should I do, if I have ordered incorrect cartridges?
You can cancel your order without explanation of the reason before we send it. In such case we will return the money paid by you. If you need to cancel the order please contact us immediately.
Within 14 days after reception of the order you can return the products in original packing without explanation of the reason. In such case we will refund the money paid by you. The goods should be sent to us by regular post. We don’t compensate the postage fees for sending the products back in such case, you should cover it yourself. If you want to return back the goods, please inform us about it not later than 14 days from the moment of reception of the order. The original packing of products should not be opened or damaged.
